Wednesday what shall I wear - Lunch with a friend.

Hiya.

Today out to lunch with a friend.
Firstly I'm taking a quick trip into town to exchange a jumper and see what other lovely delights are on offer.

Lunch today comprised of my favourite pizza from Pizza Express - Pollo Ad Astra.  Now I  planned all morning on opting for the lighter choice, the Leggera Pizza.  You see I'm trying to cut down on food intake and up my exercise output!  This lasted ohh about 5 mins after sitting down, when I asked for a white wine spritzer (small glass) and the aforementioned Pollo Ad Astra, but when it came to ordering the lighter option the words came out wrong, and before I knew what happened the words Romana sang out and off went the waiter! 
I knew it would be rude to call him back and change to my original idea, so I had to struggle through the crispy, tasty, thin pizza base with chicken, cheese, tomatoes, sweet peppers, red onion and a drizzle of garlic oil. Are you dribbling yet? OK just me. Lucky for me it was delicious!
It's OK because the extra exercise came from parking further away in the car park! Ha ha.


Here's what I wore to lunch today.
This blouse is last season from H and M.  It has long sleeves, hidden buttons and a v neck without a collar.  I've worn a Cami underneath to keep me warmer as the weather has changed for the worse and it's been very chilly!
I adore these rather fetching colours in this bold pattern.  Colours such as petrol blue, cream, olive green, ochre brown and mink.  Such an array of colours with plenty of choices to match with.  I've worn my Zara dark blue skinny jeans with my cream loafers - ever comfy, wear often cream loafers!    These are from Debenhams and I've seen a great alternative in M and S here for only £29.50!

I think my necklace compliments today's blouse perfectly.  It's picked out all the colours in my blouse and it's as if they were made for each other!  This was a present for my 50th birthday a couple of years ago, and feels very special each and every time I wear it. Similar here from Debenhams.
