Hi there, welcome to my blog.
Today I'm sharing another style steal.
With so much inspiration on the blogs I follow, back in August I decided to copy a look from another fashion blogger who's style I admired immensely, this has led to a monthly posting of copies from other inspiring ladies.
So without further ado here's my steal for October!
Meet Nancy, her blog about women's fashion centres around her style, fashion and lifestyle in the Netherlands.
You can see more of her enchanting looks over at her blog Nancy's Fashion Style.
Ochre, grey and black are fabulous colour matches for Autumn. Ochre brings a harmony to black and grey - lifting the whole look to give a brighter more positive feeling outfit. Well done Nancy I love it!
The instant I saw this look on Nancy I new I could copy it - having just bought a pair of Ochre culottes worn here before and a gorgeous grey velvet tee shirt, the remaining items were an arms length away.
My white double cuff shirt fits the bill just like Nancy's. I changed the black jumper that Nancy wore for the grey velvet tee that came from F & F, I took this on my recent trip to Venice where I wore it one it's own. Grey long boots were swapped for ankle boots, these are from Debenhams and get plenty of wear with jeans, crops and dresses.
I chose this grey wrap that's been in the wardrobe for a few seasons to act as the sleeves vest to finish off the outfit. Do you like the way I've styled the wrap? I copied this from my youngest daughter who had recently borrowed it, she'd played around with styling this for a night out ending up with this look. I quite liked it, & she suggested I try it out - this I completely forgot when taking the photos and was prompted by my other daughter to try it out. Durr!! You can see it's crossed over at the front and tied at the back. Looks super don't you think?
Here's my previous versions from some lovely blogging gals, hope you can take a peak.
Catherine - Not Dressed as Lamb, Rachel - Rachel the Hat & finally Emma - The Style Splash.
Thanks for visiting today, what do you think of my 'style steal'? Would love to hear your comments. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your blogs outfits - maybe it'll be your style I steal next month!
Hope you have a great week, and I'll see you bright and early on Thursday morning.

DeleteJacqui, this color combination is spot on! So rich and gorgeous. Nancy's outfit is fabulous so I can see why you chose her for your style steal post. And then you added your own perfect twists with the wide leg pants and booties. And that velvet shirt is so, so good! And now I need to steal that styling method for my wraps. How gorgeous is that! Thanks so much for linking up with me.
