Hello lovelies, hope you're having a fabulous week.
Rather enjoying the fact that it's been a short one after the Bank Holiday on Monday. Meaning the weekend is nearer which is great as hubby and I are having a cheeky night away. We'll be boarding the Kent & East Sussex steam train for a journey and meal, with a night in the local hotel. I'm looking forward to enjoying the company, atmosphere and gourmet meal. I'll be sharing this weekend jaunt in the next couple of weeks.
Another exciting day on Friday as it's my grandsons first birthday! Wow that year went quickly.
So with some fun times coming up I'd like to share a fun bag with you.
On Monday I featured the fabulous wedges I've been sent from Lotus Shoes and today it's the Handbag's turn.
Having got plenty of neutral (I would say boring, but I love them all!) bags in my collection I desired something different, something brighter, something stunning, so here's where I got my wish, the Pastel Pink Houston Shoulder Bag* had everything I wanted. Big enough for all my bits and bobs, a long handle for a shoulder bag that doubles as a cross-body, the perfect colour for spring and summer & a gorgeous cut out design that is one of my favourite looks now. You can see my other laser cut out fancies here.
Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments.
The Lotus Houston also features a textile lining incorporating three internal pockets keeping everything in place. The Houston is also available in navy, black and pewter, so with a price tag of £65, maybe two colours might be an option. 😉
As you may well know pink is my favourite colour, any shade will do it for me! So I don't know why it took me so long to get a pink bag into my collection, but I'm pleased to say this one is here to stay.
It's going to be perfect for shopping trips, and big enough to store shopping goodies, like make-up and jewellery. What's more this beauty will also compliment my blush pink sling backs that I received from Lotus Shoes last year - winner!
I knew I wanted to wear my stylish Hobbs jacket again, so the outfit is based around that. A lace pencil skirt picks up the elegant feel along with the pastel pink blouse, both colours found in my jacket. I finished the chic look with some nude wedges, you can view the full post of these Lotus shoes here.

Here's my favourite post from last week.
I've long been a fan of Nancy from Nancy's Fashion Style she never fails to impress me with her faultless style and on trend fashion. I mean just look at her rocking that mini skirt - awesome or what? This combination of navy and leopard print is on my 'to do' list, I love it.
