June Review.

Morning all.
How you all been?
Hasn't it been windy in the UK!  My new gazebo looked like it might end up in my neighbours garden on many a big gust!  I'm wishing for better weather soon and hope some warm sunny - no-wind days are on the agenda.
Did June fly by for you too! I not sure why because I've not done anything - I feel like I'm just existing now, wishing the days to go by, longing for weekends & dreaming of past holidays, and hoping for more in the future. With the highlight of every day what I'm going to eat!

June started with a borrowed dress, really pleased I could squeeze into my daughters giraffe dress that looked fabulous with my statement necklace and snakeprint court shoes.

Isn't it nice to find a good pair of sandals?  I was delighted to share my gifted choice from Vandal shoes last month, I can honestly say they are such a fabulous addition to my wardrobe, they are VERY comfortable with padded inner soles and a perfect cushion pad for my instep.  The white and snakprint design are so stylish AND they are available in half sizes - brilliant!  Half sizes really do make a difference.  Do stop by for all the details about my sandals and my culottes too.

You all know I'm a big fan of wearing dresses and always admire you bloggers wearing them, so when Bonmarche asked me to pick one from their collection I jumped at the chance and couldn't resist this navy polka dotted number - I knew I'd team it with red!  Do let me know what you think, and what other colours it would suit.

You can see the culottes were a little long for me in the photo earlier and looked more like short jeans, so I chopped a big piece off the bottom which made for a much nicer length and looked so much better.  Do let me know what you think.  Mango have a trendy selection on their website, and not having bought much from them in the past I was really impressed with the quality and price - these were only £29.99!

Finally Style not Age finished the collection for June and after a slow start (I didn't have the dress I wanted) I pulled together this outfit from my wardrobe - to view my partners in crime and what they styled just click on the link.

Great to have you join me today, do give me a look back on Thursday for the #Chicandstylish #LINKUP.
Bye for now. X

  1. I love VanDal shoes. So comfortable! Here's to us escaping a little in July. It will be interesting to see how the country fairs after restrictions being lifted xx

  3. So many great looks, Jacqui! I absolutely love your giraffe dress. I feel like I have been stuck in a time warp for months! And I have been living in loose fitting maxi dresses. I think I might be afraid to try on something with a waistband at this point. Haha. Thanks for linking up with me!

  4. Such a fun wrap up of the month! :) I have found this year flying by too - probably a good thing as I'm not sure how much more craziness I can take from it, it will be better if it's over quicker, haha!

Thank you for joining the #weekdaywearlinkup!

Hope you had a lovely weekend :)
