How's you day going?
I've had a fabulous evening in London last night. You might remember my son won The Doggetts Coat and Badge sculling race back in June. Well as a result of that he was presented with his 'coat and badge' and Harold Pinchbeck watch at a wonderful presentation and dinner event at Fishmongers Hall on the banks for the River Thames.
I'll be sharing a dedicated post about the evening in the next few weeks, you might have seen my IG stories featuring some snippets of the event, but please do stop by again to read about my fun night.
(I wore a long sparkly dress and was thrilled to get all dolled up in it, that's worth a look eh?)
I've been lucky enough to share some gifted items from Bonmarche in the past, and today I wanted to show another of their pretty garments with you. A tunic is high on my list of wearable and desirable tops and look amazing over jeans for a glamorous but casual outfit. Read on to find out more about this Batwing top in a stunning shade of rose.*
Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments.
My darling hubby bought these fancy jeans for me and I've been smitten with the look of these flares.
The shape of my River Island jeans has been rather impressive. They fit so well and hold me in at just the right places, wearing flares with heels really do make you look taller too! It makes a nice change to get dressed up in Jeans with heels rather than flats or trainers.
This easy to wear, one size fits all top has to be the tunic of the season! For £20 this pretty & sophisticate knitwear looks fabulous with almost everything. I love this style with jeans, however I think it would also look good with a nice trim skirt or wide leg trousers. The beauty of my top is that it has a double layer, great for keeping warm and for a skimmed and smooth finish.
I've added a striking square scarf, and beaded necklace, but the included pendant looks very attractive too.

Your outfit looks comfy and is a great idea how to wear white in fall. It looks very feminine without wearing a dress or skirt. Perfect for a windy dry fall day.
ReplyDeleteI love that shade of rose on you, Jacqui. What a pretty tunic! Styled perfectly, too.
