I hope you had an amazing day yesterday and are enjoying today. If you've stopped by I want to say a big Thank You as it means a lot. 🙏
Today I'm going to keep it short and sweet, there's plenty of blog post ideas in the pipe line for next year, & I hope you stay around to enjoy them.
Have fun and enjoy the last installment from the ladies from Style Not Age and me.
This month we looked to Anna for the prompt and her topical title of ...
Sparkle and Shine went down well with us all.
So let's look no further and she just how well we shine. ✴
Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments.
I was lucky to have been gifted this pretty sparkly top from Izabel* and found it fitted the bill for this months challenge perfectly. It's that bat-wing style that's so appealing and enhances anything you pair with it. I wanted to step outside the box and go all bold and bright, think this is one to get noticed in don't you?
This is a very flattering style to wear and can be pulled down to create a fitted top or bagged up to create layers and gives more volume at the bottom. I like both ways and will have fun styling this in the future with both my faux leather trousers and my black palazzo's too. I'll possibly try it tucked in too, thus creating a more formal look, but still keeping it fun.
It has a big scoop neckline and sleeves that finish on the elbow, you'll definitely sparkle in this one.
Take advantage of the sale and bag yourself a bargain as it's been reduced to just under £25. Once you have this little number under your belt you'll be set up every year as sparkles never go out of fashion at this time of the year. X
It's fair to say I definitely stepped outside the box and went bright and bold with the sparkly raglan sleeve top over the canary yellow trousers. These have proved to be very versatile as I've worn them on the blog loads of times, including a previous Style Not Age challenge back in May when we sported our outfits for the prompt Birthstone Beauties set by me! do have a look at my colourful trousers, they might give you some inspiration!
Let's see what Anna went for. She's started the ball rolling with sequins - they really are the epitome of Christmas dressing and her glamorous outfit certainly made her the 'bell of the ball' at her works Christmas party. See all the details over on her blog Anna's Island Style.
Hilda's turn next and doesn't she dazzle in her sparkly outfit that's part borrowed from her sister. Your fabulous shiny outfit shows both you and your sister have fantastic style.
See more from Hilda on her blog Over the Hilda.
Emma opted for a bright and colourful sequined top that catches the full spirit of Christmas and definitely catches the eye. See more from Emma and her look on her blog Style Splash.
Finally here's what Gail - Is This Mutton? went for. Gail shopped her wardrobe for this stunning ensemble that looks a pretty picture indeed. What a stunning photo set among the snow, a stunning ice queen right here.
Many thanks for being here today, I'm chuffed to have you.
I'll see you again on Thursday for the #Chicandstylish #LINKUP party.
Cheerio my Friends.
What a fun top, Jacqui! I love it with the yellow pants, too! You look ready for New Years!
